Free day offer terms and conditions
  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, The Client refers to your company. The Agency refers to Banbury Howard and the Banbury Howard White Label service.
  • By registering you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All requests must be received within 21 days of receiving the offer and is subject to availability. The offer is restricted to the core standard services offered by the Agency.
  • The promotion is open only to UK registered companies and their employees.
  • Only one request per company will be accepted.
  • The Offer will be subject to agreeing a creative brief. The Agency will not be held liable if the service becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
  • The Agency will not be held liable for any failure to deliver the requested service. The Agency takes no responsibility for any requests which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Agency’s liability under or in connection with the offer or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of a day’s service.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Agency shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the offer for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the agency and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  • The offer is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where an offer becomes unavailable for any reason, the agency reserves the right to substitute that offer for an offer of equal value.
  • The name, address, email address and phone number of the client must be provided to The agency if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the offer.​
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Agency’s reasonable control, the agency reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  • The Agency’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
